“I have just leased a storage shed with National Storage at Springwood. I thought you would be pleased to hear about the outstanding customer experience that I enjoyed. I enquired about the shed through the 1800 service number and obtained great service and a competitive quote immediately. Once I confirmed that I would proceed, my details and shed reservation were locked in on their system and sent directly to the team at Springwood. I stopped in at the Springwood office on the way to work, where Maria took me on a tour of the site and helped me to be certain that I had booked an appropriate shed for my requirements. After I confirmed, we attended to the paperwork straight away and I was sorted out with a PIN, a padlock for my shed and a pack of boxes to help with my move. I really appreciated the high level of service I received, both from Kier on the phone and then from Maria at the site. When it turned out that I couldn't fit all of the boxes in my car, Maria even offered to walk the surplus ones down to my new shed and lock them away for me!
